Allan Engelhardt

Allan Engelhardt is an Electrical Engineering Technical Lead at Synapse, responsible for collaborating directly with client stakeholders and coordinating the electrical team on challenging projects. The most rewarding work for Allan involves a strong degree of interdisciplinary integration and the creation of a product which has a significant positive impact. He holds a BSEE with concentration in Biomedical Instrumentation and an MSEE from the University of Washington.

Having contributed to the design of numerous products, from VR ecosystems to Class II medical devices, Allan has developed deep technical expertise and knowledge while honing the interpersonal skills required for extensive client and vendor interactions. 

Allan is passionate about sustainable product development and strives to bring this critical design factor to the forefront throughout the product development process. 

In his free time, Allan cares for dozens of apartment plants and enjoys board game evenings with friends.
